No, it would be costly and unnecessary solution. I would arrest only those who committed various kind of crimes and actively betrayed Poland. All member of the UB (Polish KGB) should be arrested. For other members of the communist party access to the public functions should be forbidden, maybe even right to vote. There is a lot of opportunist in this group they should be also punished to give good example for the future.
He was a KGB handler in a remote offie until his apparently bang up job led to the tearing down of the Berlin wall, subsequently he worked as a paper pusher in St Petersburg.
I don’t know wherever I understood your post correctly. Do you give Putin some credit in tearing down a Berlin wall? HAHAHA!
