I was/am a lifelong independent but Gray was waaaay past his due date, so I switched to Repub to make CERTAIN I could participate in the great de-throning during our sometimes open, sometimes closed, sometimes halfway primaries.

They seem to be making a distinction here between infastructure, ROI based spending, and down the blackhole, nothing to every show for it spending. The Whining coming from the Dems will be exceeded only by, um, well, nothing, except the jets at Sac. International.

I've resisted registering independent for that very reason (voting in primaries).
The stuff the CA GOP has been endorsing lately isn't my cup of tea (Prop 78?--no way!).
