Yeah, I think this lawsuit is basically just a publicity stunt these groups are using to get more donations. Unless I'm missing something, they have no chance whatsoever of winning this lawsuit.
Exactly right. It's junk justice to keep the issue alive in the press so Chris Matthews and George Clooney have something to bitch about.
I heard (I think on the Factory) that the ACLU get $75M to re-train seniors for job placements and their ratio is about 20%. To me, that speaks volumes about the ACLU!
