Thanks for the daily dose. First Lady Laura Bush, is really a classy lady and great representative of our county. She needs to be traveling internationally alot more. We haven't seen much of Jenna Bush.
Wouldn't that be just unimaginably great?
I should like to see the First Couple relaxing amidst such a great group.

I was thinking the same thing on both counts. I'm sure Jenna's duties as a teacher make it harder for her to get out and about with the same flex in her schedule that Barbara has. But I wish we could see more of both daughters. These years when they are in the spotlight are moving by quickly.

That's a wonderful account of God's answer to prayer. I sometimes wonder if He doesn't especially hear and answer a child's prayer. It's what Jesus told His disciples, of course, that we need to have faith like a child, so it shouldn't be any surprise.
I've always felt God gets a special joy out of showing His goodness and mercy.
Sabrina is learning how to pray out loud in front of others but when it was her turn to pray, she, understandably, said she wasn't sure what to pray. I asked, Do you want Adrianna to live and not die? (because at that time it wasn't clear that she would survive), and she said, Yes, so I urged her, Then pray that. And she did ... boy did she! She went on with original, intense, effectual prayer. Later she told me with wonder that she didn't even know how she prayed like that. I told her it was because Jesus, who loves Adrianna, was showing her what to pray. It is awesome.
And I agree completely about God hearing the prayers of children.
Because I am HTML illiterate, I would like to see a "compare and contrast" collage of Laura, Condi versus The Beast, Kerry, Dean in one JPEG that I could download in order to send to my LIBERAL neighbors and aquaintances.

Yesterday I was No. 12. My highest number in ages. Today, I thought I would come in at 21. Duh. It was 30 something (just like my age)
