Castro said Cuba would decentralize its power system
Perhaps the economy will be next??? Hello?? (ted kennedy voice)

But...but....(gasping, mouth agape,) this can't be! Socialism always work damnit!
Seriously, the U.S. should buy Cuba for $5 billion, let Castro and his cronies be exiled anywhere in the world except the U.S. and its territories, and open the island up to American investors and let good old-fashioned American know-how work its magic.

What are their "massive thermoelectrical plants"? It's a phrase invented by the AP to make decrepit, communist technology sound about a million times better than it really is.

Communist paradise. How many "people's windmills" will it take to replace a mega thermoelectric power plant (whatever that may be in Castro-speak)?

gradually replacing five massive thermoelectric plants I guess all the big, mutant-size beavers died.
I wonder how their giant hamster program is progressing?
