INDIANAPOLIS -- A federal judge has sentenced a Bloomington man to 100 years in prison for producing and possessing more than 5,000 pieces of child pornography.
David Turner, 41, pleaded guilty in August.
U.S. Attorney Susan Brooks said Bloomington police and the FBI found more than 100 computer disks containing images of child pornography.
Investigators said Turner used both alcohol and drugs in order to film two 13-year-old girls engaging in sex acts with a 32-year-old man over a three-year period.
Brooks said she's pleased with the lengthy sentence imposed by the court.
The lesson should be that if you're going to make and possess child pornography, or if you want to rape some children, do it in Mass. or Vt.
I would prefer a noose around his neck, but you know how liberals are over real justice...
Good on this Judge...and yet a man in MA yesterday who pled guilty to raping a 15 year old boy, was sentenced to a 2 1/2 year deferred term and will serve NO time in jail. Sickening.
I hope they stick him in the general population at the facility he goes to. There he will learn the true meaning of the term 'prison porn'.
Note to perverts: You want to engage in this filth, you should move to VT or MA.
The sentencing Judge was the Honorable David Hamilton of the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. This should have been in the article. We condemn Judges by name when we disagree with them. We should praise them by name when they get it right.
I agree completely, thanks for adding that.
By moving to Massachusetts, you give your mass-a-two sh*ts and become a MASShole! They should have a sign there saying, "Welcome to America's #1 tax hell and kiddy molester heaven! Children, enter at your own peril!"
property . . . that's what you are now, Beecher . . . you're my property.
Amen to that.
We have a bit more sense in Indiana.
sick a-holes are everywhere.
hang them in public.
Go fig..
