Former Teacher On House Arrest For Sex With Student

INVERNESS, Fla. -- A former Citrus County high school teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female student has been sentenced to two years of house arrest.
Amy Gail Lilley, 36, pleaded no contest Thursday to a charge of lewd and lascivious battery of a child under 16. She also has been sentenced to eight years of probabtion.
Circuit Judge Ric Howard agreed to what he called a significantly reduced sentenced based on statements from Assistant State Attorney Rich Buxman and Lilley's attorney, Michael Blackstone.

Now I know why she is under house arrest. It would be cruel and unusual punishment to see that every day in prison.
Another female teacher gets away with it. If it were a male teacher, he'd be in jail for a loooong time; none of this *house arrest* crap. And notice there's less of a fallout when it's lesbian and not hetreo. Female teachers seem to be getting more heat for abusing male students than female. More erosion of our values by the left, and media.
This is interesting. We have long noticed the widely disparate sentences given to male teachers who have sex with underage females, and female teachers who have sex with underage males.
We have been told that this is because young boys are looking to have sex with their teachers, so it isn't as big a deal.
Now, the truth is revealed. Here's a female teacher having sex with an underage female, and she gets the same rediculously low sentence as female teachers who have sex with young boys.
Meanwhile, men who have sex with young boys get very harsh sentences.
So let's just call it what it is. The juduciary treats male teachers much more harshly than female teachers, even though there is not a single law on the books that suggests this should be the case.
In other words, the judicial branch of government has decided that women being the sexual aggressors is better than men being so, and have re-written the laws to conform to their "higher, better" understanding of life than us stupid voters.
Judicial activism.
I know what lewd and lasivious is ...but what were the batteries for?(/snort).
