I just received a phone call from Kristinn!!
The DC Chapter of Protest Warriors obtained a permit for Code Pink’s side of the street today after the Pinko’s forgot to renew their permit. The blood dancers tried to stick it out for about 20-25 minutes before they tucked tail and retreated a block away to the closed entrance. Freepers and Protest Warriors now have all four corners outside the main entrance to WRAMC!

This is more than a "win for our side" -- it is a win for the brave men and women being treated in and work in Walter Reed.
They finally will see (primarily) supporters who truly love them and appreciate their sacrifices -- not pinko hatemongers with a narrow Anti-American adgenda.

I'm a fan of the Protest Warriors, but when they showed up at the Crawford Support the Troops rally, they were shouted down and signs grabbed and torn, even though Kristinn told the crowd who they were. They eventually needed a police escort to get out of the crowd.
