I often think about the 'rats and those in cahoots with the enemy within and wonder "WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY THINKING?!?!?!
Surely, they can't all be idiots. Misinformed? Unenlightned? Lied to? Or cowards that dare not accept the truth has consequences?
I wonder how many of them truly understand our enemy.... they way they think, their rationale, their ideology and what their goals are. If given the chance, if they were enlightened with the truth, surely some would be brave enough to join our ranks and make a stand.
I would like to hope so anyway.

Marx didn't invent the great divide, he exploited it. That mirror image opposite IS THE TRUTH to them. It's no accident that in democracies, the vote between left and right is split almost 50/50.
Half are AC the other half are DC. Just IMHO? No, there's a biological foundation for this. I'll freepmail it to you when I find it again.

Identifying alien organisms in more equable settings would be a much harder challenge, especially if they use the same basic molecules as familiar life - nucleic acids and proteins. But there is one sure-fire giveaway. The building blocks of proteins, called amino acids, are all lopsided in the same distinctive way. Viewed in a mirror, these "left-handed" amino acids would appear right-handed. Such mirror-image molecules exist, but the life forms we are familiar with don't use them. Most biochemists think it is just an accident that "life as we know it" selected the left-handed version. If this supposition is correct, then there is a 50-50 chance that alien life would have picked the opposite handedness. Such "anti-life" would eat "anti-food": right-handed amino acids and other mirror molecules. This offers a simple way to filter out known life from anything alien. Prepare a culture medium of anti-food and see if anything flourishes. Of course it's a long shot, but it is easy to try, and scientists at the Marshall Space Flight Center are now testing the response of microbes from various extreme environments to a bowl of anti-soup.

I have wondered the same thing USF. Sadly, most of them are so blinded by their hatred of President Bush, they are unable to really "see" the truth. They put their political agenda over what's best for this Country. I will NEVER understand that. After September 11th there were some that did have their eyes opened to the truth...but not nearly enough of them.
