By supporting Arlen, he demonstrated just how little he really cared about the unborn.
It's good to know where you stand, but sometimes, it's unfair to presume you know what is going on in another person's heart or head.
My background: I voted straight pro-life in 1992.
I would not have insisted everyone do what I did. Clinton won that year, but I was glad I took my stand.
Nowdays, I vote pro-life MOST of the time, but not ALL the time.

It's really about them using the judiciary to enforce things the liberals don't have the guts to bring before the congress. The bold part is what I meants by "power" and the rest you described shows their cowardice.
