If someone has photos, might it be possible to smuggle some out and post them here?
It's probably safe to assume that our Gov't does NOT want any getting out to the public - so let's get as many as we can out here, and then e-mail 'em all over the Country.
It would appear that Mexican drug money has found it's way into both American political parties, all the way to the top; I can't think of any other reason why our own government takes such an active role in repressing enforcement of our border integrity.
The MM "Vigalantes" may be the only ones who can do anything about it, but since the BP is obviously overwhelmingly outgunned and sympathetic Americans, for the most part, are not allowed to own any sort of weaponry matching what these Mexican military units have, then the MM are pretty limited as to what they can do.
It's pretty doubtful that the Gov.s would put out the NG; the "Posse Commitatus Act" might well be an issue too.
And it would be suicidal for BP, Police, or MM to initiate a confrontation with Trained and heavily armed Zetas.
It's probably quite fortunate that the invaders didn't just mow down all of the BP and backup Officers on general principles, as it is highly doubtful that any of them would be held accountable for such a massacre.
So while our brave Warriors struggle in the ME to defeat terrorism abroad, our illustrious "leaders" leave the back door in our SW pretty much wide open for whoever and whatever to pour in by the truckload.
IMHO, recent initiatives towards "border security" are, for the most part, only for show in response to contributions going down.
But this recent incident demonstrates about how seriously management really takes the issue.
