Warning - another liberal talking about 'feelings' instead of knowing the Word and understanding Jesus in her heart. I will wait to see her fruit. In the past she has always acted like one....

First the Harry Potter author and now Naomi Wolf. It's a good beginning!

Well, no need to be snide! Having scanned the column...would that Rosa had followed her own advice.

This reminds me of when Jane Fonda "found Jesus" and then went right on bashing Bush, being pro-abortion and all that.
Considering Wolf and her crowd, this is a "hip" Jesus, the "Who's your buddy?" Jesus.

Lesson of the Parable of the sower....
Not all who receive the word last thru tribution. I'm always glad when someone says they've embraced christianity...but it doesn't always mean they have really.
To: tbird5
Hasn't Naomi Wolf always been a Christian?
To: tbird5
From her actual interview:
Wolf emphasised that her spiritual renewal strengthened her commitment to feminism as her life mission. I believe that each of us is here to help repair the world, she said. My particular mission seems to be about helping women remember whats sacred about them or whats sacred about femininity .
She also expressed apprehension that her faith would be hijacked by religious groups. I dont want to be co-opted as the poster child for any religion or any agenda, said Wolf, who was brought up in a liberal Jewish household. There are a lot of people out there just waiting for some little Jewish feminist to cross over. I dont claim to get where this being fits into the scheme of things but I absolutely believe in divine providence now, absolutely believe God totally cares about every single one of us intimately.

The entire article is so snide about Christianity as to make you ill. Oops, it's the LA Times. I wish I read that earlier. I would have saved myself from a heartburn.

While I hope for the best, and wish her well in her new found faith, I can't help cynically thinking, "Just another phase." I pray I'm wrong.

It is amazing that this woman can see Jesus and I can't. Is she lying, or am I just starving for the love of my Lord.
She says it is true, and I say it is true (if it ever happens) and my version would be a lie. I'm no celebrity, therefore, I'm just a rednecked idiot, because I'm not Whathername.

When left wing moonbats get old and realized that someday soon they may die, they get religion. Remember Jane Fonda became a Christian about the time she turned 60.
To: tbird5
Wrong religion. I'd think she'd look better with her head covered.
