The Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) issued a resolution of rejection of the recently House-approved US anti-immigrant law that includes building a wall to curb immigrant entry into the US.
The document urges the US Senate to remove regulations which consider immigration a criminal act, violate human rights of illegal immigrants, and establish the construction of a wall in four states bordering Mexico.
"The House-approved bill even violates the rights of people yet unborn, as it bans their registration and access to education and health," PARLACEN deputy Alvaro Dubon told Prensa Latina.
He said another point of concern is the US decision to link immigration to the fight against terrorism.
"The one locking itself behind the wall is the US," said Dubon, adding that it was paradoxical for the US to sign a Free Trade Agreement with Central America on one hand, and ban free movement of people on the other.
PARLACEN will launch an intensive campaign against the US legislation and for legal standing for people without proper documents as well as respect for their human rights.
These people have a lot of nerve.
And these people pay how much in taxes to support our nation ???
The governments south of the border are now being run by the drug cartels...
Immigration per se is like attending a party. Illegal immigration is like crashing the party.
What the hell is a The Central American Parliament and what gives them the authority to reject anything a sovereign nation does? We need a fire mission or air strike on these obnoxious bozos. They obviously have the U.S. confused with some third world banana republic. It's probably Harry "Day O" Belafonte's fault.
What the heck is the Central American Parliament?
Some lefty coffee house in San Jose?
"The Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) issued a resolution of rejection of the recently House-approved US anti-immigrant law that includes building a wall to curb immigrant entry into the US."
This should bother us why?
Yeah, like we should pay for every illegals healthcare. Why don doesn't this asshole foot the bill?
Any speculation how much that Guatemalan is making off human smuggling and drugs?
Do these countries allow anyone to just come to their countries and stay as long as they like without a visa?
Psssst...If a fence would stop you, you're not an 'immigrant.' You're a 'criminal.'
Straight out of the Communist Manifesto. WE create education and health care resources and those who have done NOTHING to create them claim a RIGHT to them! F*** them! If they have a right to our wealth and hard work, we have right to rule them. I still say we should take over Mexico and Central America.
The 'The Panama News' has a thing or two to say about PARLECEN:

They'd like the wall a whole lot better than they'd like my approach...
How do you do that? How do you assimilate them?
Okay, we'll forget the wall. It's time for machine-gun emplacements, minefields, surveillance with Hellfire-armed drones and whatever other things nations do to protect their borders from invasion. Maybe a few preemptive strikes on the drug warlords while we're at it.
And what these people think matters how? Argh...the nerve.
LOL!
I missed the memo. Talk about empty arrogance.
I was unaware that the universe had gone tupsy-turvy and the tail is now allowed to wag the dog.
"Rejected"?
Que risible!
Dubon is clearly a doofus...
If the Free Trade Agreement was intended to include a "one world" approach to the "free movement of people" they should have made it clear at the beginning, so that it could be unambiguously rejected by the American people.
In addition, he utterly fails to mention how his country, and every other central american country have modified their own laws to allow the unrestricted access of "people" exercising their "human rights" and seeking whatever it is that motivates them.
Hyprocrisy would be a compliment. How about "unconsciousness"?
Fertilizer?
Thanks for that post. I was trying to say the same d*mn thing!
And none of what they say is good, is it?
Sounds like "Parlacen" is nothing but a retirement and protection plan for deposed dictators and thrown-out thugs.
In a word, no.
Don't know how old you are, or what your level of education is, but you better think a little longer.
If there were written, known and accepted restrictions and visa requirements in place in 1500 in any part of the American continent, I am unaware of them.
Simple English: for something to be "illegal", there must a be a real and actual law broken, not just your fevered imagination.
Mind as well say it, these Latin nations are pathetic ratholes, absolutely no pride or dignity.
These Marxiststream Mediots and the "Central American Parliament" ( A Parliament I NEVER VOTED FOR, btw...) statement is missing some words...allow me to correct that in bold letters...
The Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) issued a resolution of rejection of the recently House-approved US anti- (ILLEGAL) immigrant law that includes building a wall to curb (ILLEGAL) immigrant entry into the US.
They also miss the point where any "resolution" they pass means a DAMN thing in America!
Hey, PARLACEN! "Resolve" in one hand, and CRAP in the other...see which piles up first!
Also, just for the record, let's reflect on the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, and the following Article...
ARTICLE XVI
Each of the contracting parties reserves to itself the entire right to fortify whatever point within its territory it may judge proper so to fortify for its security.
I SWEAR, if we can track ANY Mexican/Central American lobbying money going to Congress-critters, then there will be only ONE viable response...
(Thanks to Boston Blackie for the image...I stole it fair and square now!)
you are light headed....
Originally yes but some of their visas expired so they became illegal aliens. If we had enforced our laws that tragedy may never have happened.
...and W agrees with them.
Thank you for your unbiased answer and nonflaming technique.
Some here can distinquish between someone trying to get questions answered and someone trying to be a troll.
I appreciate you're answers and will keep asking questions here as I have done for several years.
I mean, would they rather I just listen to the MSM to get all my answers? Sheesh!
Yes, they did. Your question pertains to this thread how?
No!
No!
No they didn't!
LOL....to be 29 again.
- B-2 Tourist Visa
- B-1/B-2 Visa Extension
- E-3 Work Visa for Australians
- F-1 Student Visa
- J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa
- H-1B Work Visa
- H-2B Work Visa
- H-3 Trainee Work Visa
- K-1 Fiancée/Fiancé Visa
- L-1 Intracompany Transfer
- R-1 Religious Worker Visa
- TN NAFTA Work Visa
We obviously do not allow enough legal immigration.
Although I fail to see the relevance of your question, the answer is I'm not sure. At least some of them had overstayed or ignored the conditions of their "tourist" or "student" visas.
I don't recall anyone ever accusing them of being illegal aliens.
According to this link:
"Illegal crossings are only a part of the problem; after all, every 9/11 hijacker entered the country legally. Some, however, remained here after their visas expired, joining the countrys burgeoning illegal population, which includes smugglers, criminals, and terrorists."
You are light headed again....
Where have you been? Overcrowded schools and streets and many more problems associated with illegal immigration, gangs-MS 13......
Don't we yet have a spokesman with the balls to tell Fox and the rest of these Third World pipsqeaks to take they demands and pound salt?
Hate has nothing to do with it, I don't care who immigrates into this country, so long as they do it legally, with background checks, health screenings, and a sponsor. There is a reason buisiness, and houses have bars on the windows, and doors in Mexico, where it is common practice for the citizenery to ignore laws if they think they can get away with it. That practice doesn't change when they get here, since they know they will not be held accountable.
Go to an Emergency Room, in any border community, it will be full of illegals who are using the emergency room for treatment for the flu, colds, and any thing imaginable, because they know they won't have to pay.
The list of their abuses of our system goes on, and on.
Not that I would normally answer an asinine question as this but my question didn't pertain to the thread as much as it did the posts. Is it O.K. with you if I question posts or does it interfere with your thread nannying?
Like I said in my first post.
Not that I agree with illegal immigration (because I don't)
But I hear of many citizens who don't work or pay taxes who do the same thing.
So that means we should be forced to take care of the entire world? Maybe I would like to use some of MY money to benefit MY children.
