How can a national party with tens of millions of members be controlled by Left wing idiot bloggers?

They are a party with relatively no money. Republicans are KILLING them in fund-raising. You think some granola-munching-left-wing hippee can through big dollars their way? So they have to literally do what they are told, or risk losing dollars from the few (Soros) that they can depend on.

Lets say I was a wacky liberal: Would I be putting aside money to give to Democrats, or would I be buying weed?

Do you think that the democrats saved anything they can damage Alito with till tomorrow? Why they did not do this for the last three month including two weeks of committee hearings and Senate floor debate? Of course they spread dirty lies about Alito tonight or tomorrow and the media can jump on it but it will have zero effect on the final vote. Alito will be confirmed on Tuesday.
