I get it....
The Post is saying Alito is conservative-therefore he must be biased, like the Democrats have been saying.

Studies have shown that Democratic voters are biased in underestimating Bush's intelligence and in thinking that their losing candidates, Gore and Kerry, are smarter.

What a coincidence.
The Post prints this study at the same time they print an article that states.
"In Judge Alito we see patterns, patterns which demonstrate a hostility to the disadvantaged and the poor," said Kerry, the Democrats' 2004 presidential nominee.

I would rather be called a racist than vote for a pro-choice "Republican."

You have to understand that the Libs don't see Condi as Black because she is a Republican. Libs believe that all blacks have to be Democrat or else they are "selling out" their own people or "acting white."
And we all know that this type of thinking is, in no way, racist.

Actaully, what the survey says is that people an unscientific online survey found that people who said they were from places where Bush won were more likely to say that they they distrusted blacks than people who said they were from places where Kerry won. This whole study is worthless.
