Turn back the calendar to the weekend before the 2002 Presidential Election...
President and Mrs. Bush landed in Tampa for a final Florida appearance.
It had been raining, but as they debarked from Air Force One,
look what photographers caught!

I do believe the rainbow is a sign of God's favor..:)

The very same morning Al Gore landed in Miami.
However, it as in pouring rain and he had a *black umbrella* over his head
as he came down the steps..:))
Prophetic "pictures are worth a thousand words" images, eh?!

Today, with another Supreme Court confirmation, I do believe
the sun just came shining through again for President Bush!
