When, oh when, will this mediawhore go away?

When the media stops paying attention to her. Or when she gets kidnapped by one of those terrorists she likes to kiss up to.

well the main issue was for her not to be there, because it is 99% likely she would have produced a major disruption to the speech and the media would have made THAT the highlight of the speech.

There was no way she was going to be allowed in and I am sure the word was passed down to find some reason, ANY reason to get her out. If she really did have a shirt with something written on it (the photos do not show this) then fine, but can you imagine the media contingency planning already in place with banners/headlines if she did manage to make a scene during the speech? I will bet the potus also had comment/contingency stuff to say if she did.

You know, I have to say I'm not a fan of Sheehan at all (do a search on my past comments), but I have to say I didn't feel like she should have been dragged out for wearing an anti-Bush shirt. I figure, she had a ticket, just keep an eye on her. Maybe have a guard walk up to her and say, "Mrs. Sheehan I've been asked to make sure that there won't be any disruptions during tonight's address, do I have your word?" or something. I would have rather had her thrown out for something more serious, if that's what she decided to do.

Please do not flame me, I'm fragile.

I wonder if Congressman Young's wife is a martyr in this. Maybe she was the cover evictee because they knew that sindy would have some kind of message prepared. Would a congressman's wife wear a t-shirt to the State of the Union address? I sort of suspect that she agreed to wear the t-shirt so they if they had to kick out sindy they would also kick Mrs. Young out so the moonbats would have no case.

My letter to DC police chief off their web site:

"Sirs,

The Washington DC police dept has expressed regret concerning how they handled Cindy Sheehan.

I can assure you kind sirs that not only were handcuffs called for,but given Ms. Sheehans deplorable anti-American love fest with third world wanna be dictator ,Chavez,
if you had pepper sprayed , tazered and beat Ms Sheehan with a baton ,you would have the Majority of americans support and approval.

keep up the fine work."

Why should they feel sorry? She was indeed there to disrupt and for no other purpose. The bad thing is, she gets more publicity.

I don't think she should have been arrested, that was silly. Just removed. She has no business wearing something that detracts from the President's SOTU speech, which by law he is to give. It was his forum, not hers. It's just freaking outrageous that these freak lefties are ramming "freedom of speech" down our throats. Her whole reason for being there was to act up and get the media cams on her. I'd bet my life that she had plan a shriekfest. There are lots of ways for her to protest, but distrupting the President's SOTU speech should not be one of them. Ever.

I agree, it just shows stupidity. No wonder the rest of the world calls us infantile slobs. People used to wear suits to BASEBALL games for crying out loud. It should still applie to government occasions.
