I can tell you. They're wasting company time.
Whenever a co-worker brings their kid/baby/other to work, it means they are not working. It means Mom has used all her paid days off, and needs to show up at the office in order to get paid. But...she's not working.

I don't have a problem with that, it keeps me motivated to get on the treadmill for swimsuit season. It also brings to mind that not all plastic surgeons are created equal. ;) Men can look at those babes all they want. Just remember one thing: she is only going home with you in your dreams, unless you have loads of money. :)
