Rockefeller was on FOX NEWS Sunday (I think before Christmas) and happened to mention that he had travelled to Syria before we invaded Iraq to warn the Syrians that we were going to attack. This received some comment on FR but not the national uproar it should have.
That's when many began believing that, as a member of and at the time of the Iraq invasion I believe chairman of the Intelligence committee, he was the source of these leaks.
They are both enemies of the free world, the American Culture, and the Christian Religions.

Is there even the remotest chance he will be held accountable in the slightest way for any of this?
Leahy was forced to resign for leaking intelligency info to the press, looks like we have another guilty dem on the line.
If not actual jail time - at least kicked off the intelligence committee and THOROUGHLY disgraced.
We have to keep this going, not just for justice but because it's too dangerous to have him in that position.
I have followed this thread and the arguments are valid but a few things need to be considered. If this is valid and true then the White House needs to quietly let him know that. Leave it at that. Politics wise it might be useful later on. My fear is this that the Dems take control of the House. The result the new head of the Judicary committee Mr Conyers starts his Impeachment proceedings. I know alot of people laugh that off but I am convinced once the Jeannie is out the bottle it will take a life of its own. Just the nuisance of such hearings and Conyers with a subpoena power starting investigations all over the place is detrimental to us in a time of War.
Remember asking people and demanding people to take lie dectors is a two way street. I would like to avoid any additional trauma to the nation.
Something like this might be able to be used if the worse happens this Novemember to calm things down a bit. Other words the Powers that be will inform all the sponsors and co sponsors of HS Res 635 to calm the hell down.
He's a senator and a Democrat one. I just don't see this gaining any traction.

This was all Rockefeller and the Dems plan in the memo that got out by mistake because the dolts put it on a computer that Republicans had access to, remember? The poor Republican aide who revealed the contents got fired and no blame was put on the Dems by their lapdogs in the msm, so Rockefeller just resumed the plan. The memo implied that Roberts, the chairman of the Intelligence Com., was not too bright and they would be successful in bringing charges against the President for actions linked to the Patriot Act, I seem to recall. When was this "Memogate" incident anyway?

VERY "interesting stuff". If Rockefeller's staff did not know about the letter in his safe and Risen did, guess who told him....and leaked? Ha.
