That's why President Bush has won two elections and why the GOP is cleaning the Rats clocks, and will continue to do so, as long as the Rats are the classless bunch that they are.
I didn't see it, but Chrissy Matthews reported it. Said that after his speech Carter turned, didn't even look at W, walked right past him.
Carter in on CSPAN rerun right now.
*** YOU - DO - NOT - BASH - A - GUEST - AT - FUNERAL ***
*** ESPECIALLY A SITTING PRESIDENT ***
Seeing him once is too much. But twice?? There ain't enough Pepto Bismol in this house.
And Carter is all "me, me, me... I, I, I..." He's trying to rewrite his failure as a President.
All one need do to understand racial politics in America today is look at this funeral.....white people are damned if they do and damned if they don't and worse...they are afraid and that is bad for America
Well said sir.
Somewhere Shrummy Is Smiling
Did those of you watching the funeral of Coretta Scott King catch Sen. Ted Kennedy's eulogy?
We hope Shrummy was watching because he would've found the Liberal Lion's last sentence very familiar.
Yup, Kennedy reprised Shrum's famous "Dream Shall Never Die" speech, made famous at the '80 Dem Convention:
"The work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die."
Cynthia Tucker is the editor of the editorial page of the AJC? ROFLAMO!
Duke-Carolina game on right now.
Did you hear him mention is Nobel? Sickening.
Yep, and now he's playing the race card in Hurricane Katrina.
Mark my words.
Funny he brought up Katrina: I was just sitting here thinking these all dressed up "impotent" people are just as dumb and gullible as the people in New Orleans.
See correction below in caps: I left out the word "not." (Sorry)
This might just be the most important thing that has happened in republican/african american relations in decades.
The Christian blacks who I know recognize unfairness when they see it.
Bush spoke gracious words at a funeral. He was simply paying respects to a great lady.
He was politically attacked....at a funeral.
It was a desecration -- grossly out of place -- and everyone will wonder what kind of hearts could have thought that was proper. AFRICAN AMERICAN CHRISTIANS KNOW IT WAS NOT FAIR OR RIGHT.
Bush shouldn't have attended an event to recognize the demise of any of these King people or the radicals who associatewith them.
Carter is a pathetic excuse for a President and a man.
How about the F.B.I. releasing its secret dossier on the philandering phoney MLK?? Hasn't enough time elapsed already??
He was a commie and a womanizing low-life.
Utterly disgusting. The RATS and the typical mindless black RAT voter have zero class and are stuck in decades old platitudes, conspiracy theories, and utter nonsense.
Only if it's wanted, will we have a war like that. I don't want it that's for sure. I do know that some do and can't wait.
