Jimmy Carter shows how hateful he is during King speech
Self | 2-7-2006 | Thanatos

Posted on 02/07/2006 2:38:58 PM PST by Thanatos

Jimmy Carter shows his only colors are all partisan.. Deciding to desecrate the funeral of Coretta Scott King , the former president decided to ignore the grief of the King Family, to throw away the teachings of Martin Luther King Jr., and focused his speech on attacking the President of the United States. Why? Because he could so he did.

This is the essence of hate.. Why the Left Wing is so bereft of leadership, bereft of a path, bereft of morals. Their whole platform is simple hate. “I hate the President”, “I hate the USA”, “I hate Children”, “I hate the fact you have more money then me”.. That is their platform.. Jimmy Carter FAILED to protect this nation and for 444 days, Carter allowed American Citizens be used at pawns in a Terrorist uprising and allowed the overthrow of Iran, the Same country instigating a Worldwide Nuclear Crises.. This is the legacy of Jimmy Carter because he FAILED to protect the American People against Terrorist. And he is complaining and whining because THIS President IS Protecting Americans from the same threats Carter faced??

I personally think Carter and the Democrats are just basically jealous. A Republican is winning where the Democrats failed and allowed Americans to Die at the Hands of Terrorist.. Bush is Saving Americans, so he is to be totally hated.

I Demand that Ex-President Jimmy Carter immediately apologize to the King Family and to Apologize to the American People for his hate speech!

I just figured out why Democrats are not worried about the terrorists....preferring to give them a bill of rights and more protection than American citizens.....

Democrats like Carter have their heads so far up their asses that no part of their necks show!!

In reading about Carter's comment about wiretaps, I immediately thought of MLK's FBI recordings wherein he was fooling around on Mrs. King. To bring this up at her funeral is unbelievable low class and hurtful to the family.

Over the years, I remember liberals trying to get Coretta Scott King to rubber stamp their leftist causes using the King name and she said no, several times. I wish the Dems who spoke at her funeral could have shown half the class she did.

Carter can now officially add "utterly tasteless and completely contemptable" to his distinguished legacy of being the worst president in United States history.

I suggest Jimmy is angry because he is swimming against the tide. He took the Word and stretched it to cover (partially and illogically) his political philosophy. As the truth becomes apparent, his anger increases.

Hopefully, he will be humbled by his errors (and contrite)...or not.

What about Joseph Lowery? Like Robert Byrd said about "White Niggers". This funeral brought out some from both races. When you use a setting such as this it is deplorable and to hell with them and all like them. I for one am ready to get it on before I die, I am tired of this disgraceful crap!
Bush needs his head examined for going there in the first place.

Somewhere deep inside, Carter knows he was a lousy President and his handling of Iran is the start of the path that lead us to this moment. He can't take the guilt, so he's transferring to republicans. The fool doesn't see how obvious it is. He's eaten alive with resentment and bitterness. He should look in the mirror and apologize to the nation.

You are correct, Jimmy Carter is a cancer on the American stage. He failed as a leader and as a president and he failed as a patriot, as well. He is not deserving of any credit, only blame and derision. In office, he was a coward who shamed our country. When I heard the news of his ill-fated rescue of American hostages (with rubber bullets, no less!), I wept, wept for my country.
