Great news and pass along out thanks. I am surprised you were not allowed to greet the plane. Is there a USO at the Atlanta airport? At DFW they provide a lobby and will assist you in getting to the arrival gate.

Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. It means a lot to the soldiers over there knowing that so many Americans support our efforts. I felt like we were really doing something important. But I'm glad to be home, nonetheless.
Please keep the guys who are still over there in your prayers. The 10th Mountain Division is deploying now for a year, and I know that's going to be tough on their families. Some are going for their third rotation.
