I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth all Europe died in Auschwitz.
We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.
The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the people we burned.
And under the pretense of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and lack of tolerance, crime and poverty due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride. They have turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime. Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naive hosts.
And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition. We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for hoping for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs. What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

I agree with the content regardless of the author. Although we Americans have not yet been subjected to poisonous gas or firing squads, multi-culturalism, anti-American liberalism and institutionalized racism is just making the deaths here slower.
I guess the rest of us second-raters ought to just hang it up, then.
I'd say Eastern Europeans were more destructive than Muslims in most cities in Spain. However, Barcelona has more Muslims.
There is certain irony to this missive being written by a Spaniard - Spain did nothing to save the Jews or fight Hitler and when Spain was under the occupation of the Moors, islam showed itself to be a tolerant religion which allowed faiths to peacefully co-exist. Sadly this no longer appears to be true.

Actually, Spanish embassies put into action a very old royal decree which provided that any Jew could claim Spanish citizenship. The original decree was made by a king who wished to make ammends for the Inquisition. Apparently top autority in Spain ordered this law to be put into effect.
I am sorry that I do not have the book about this case, but the author (a rabbi) seculates that Franco, a devout Catholic, did this for religious reasons; or that he was responding to support from Spanish Jews in the civil war; or that he believed (and possible was) of Jewish descent himself. In any case, some 60,000 (as I recall) were protected this way.
Naturally, liberals give Franco no credit for this, because he did the unforgivable: he defeated the communists.

Doubtful too is the theory that if Europe hadn't killed it jewish population, that the muslims wouldn't have swarmed the nations anyway.

Bull sh!t - Look at the politics of the Jewish contingent of NYC. They mindlessly vote Democrat as reliably as do blacks and are just as much on the Democrat's "plantation" as are blacks. I think most negative views of jews in this country are based on their experience with New Yorkers, not their experience with jews. Your description is of an average New York City dweller and is not specific to religious affiliation.

Jewish ancestry alone isn't any more OR less intellectually "gifted" than any other ethnic ancestry.
However, to the extent that Jewish culture encourages development of human intellectual capabilities, they have made tremendous contributions to modern civilization. The same can be said for many other ethnic backgrounds.

I think you will find that the religious leaders of alot of different faiths are not necessarily a reflection of their constituents.
All I know is I've worked with jewish people for years and they are all different. It's really weird it's almost like they are individuals.
I'll grant you that as a group they are somewhat more liberal than me but on the other hand, everyone I met was from a large city and no more liberal than the average large city resident that I've met. (A big reason that I live out in the sticks.)
The areas that they concentrate in also tend to elect extreme liberal Democrats. Democrats have counted on the Jewish vote along with the black vote for decades. Usually you can tell the political beliefs of the majority of a district by looking at the sort of crook they choose the represent them. Other than using the politics of theri elected representatives as a surrogate for majority beliefs or outright polling I'm not sure how to settle this.

I've been talking about individuals from the beginning. I've tried to extrapolate from those individuals to guess at populations but my experience is with individuals. My intellectual honesty is completely intact.
You still didn't address my point. Are Jews any more liberal than the Gentiles that live in the same socioeconomic/geographic areas. I don't know, but I suspect they are not.
There is a reason that the democrats are terrified by the Jewish constituency looking at the republican party. As individuals, the republican party has alot to offer and alot in common with the Jewish tradition.
Not me I've been talking about groups - like 91% of blacks vote Democrat, etc.

The organization that claims to represent police cheifs jumps on every liberal band wagon but I don't think that police officers are particularly liberal.
Without solid statistical evidence I think I will leave this discussion with a solid "nobody really knows" and move on to more profitable endevers.
