Meanwhile Google, acting as as accessory after the fact, claims "privacy rights" to justify refusing to let the Federal Govt see the search records of Google users who go to child porn sites. It wasn't even that specific. All they wanted were frequency statistics to be able to make a case in future warrants of the prevalence of this activity.

It was my understanding that it had nothing to do with child pornography sites. They wanted statistics on whether or not children could get to regular porn sites.
