ROME (Reuters) - Italy's Reform Minister Roberto Calderoli has had T-shirts made emblazoned with cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad in a move that could embarrass Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's government.

I am very proud of Italy right now, and I hope they keep it up! Don Calderoni should make them an offer they can't refuse...
Man Reuters just can't contain themselves. Editorializing while telling the news. Anti-Immigrant is also pro-italian but the negative connotation and calling them extreme right wing affords Reuters the opportunity to spin this issue in an unfavorable light.
BONUS, hatemail to metrospy who is selling this T-shirt

Re: Hate mail.
WOW! I'd be hiring a body guard, chop-chop.
Recall the Italian Hostage who said:
"Now I will show you how an Italian dies..." Fabrizio Quattrocchi.
An actual quote from Silvio Burlesconi: "I support the position of the United States, even before I know what that position is."
Have you prayed to Allah recently?
Eventually Bush and Rice will face the facts, although many of the Israeli's still haven't learned it, and continue to think they can talk there way into a peaceful settlement with the Muslims. - Tom
Oct. 26, 2004 --
In an exclusive interview with ABC News' Charles Gibson, Bush said he believes that both Christians and Muslims worship the same God.
"I think we do. We have different routes of getting to the Almighty," Bush said. "But I want you to understand, I want your listeners to understand, I don't get to get decide who goes to heaven. The Almighty God decides who goes to heaven and I am on my personal walk," he said.

Bush says he doesn't believe the United States is in a religious battle when it comes to the war on terror. He says he wants to make it clear that America is fighting against groups of people who want to kill innocent people and not groups looking to practice their religion.
"I don't think this is a religious war. I think this is a war between evil people that are willing to kill on a mass scale; people that would like to end up with weapons of mass destruction, even kill more than they did in New York City and Washington, D.C."
I meant exactly what I posted.
Given the response that these animals are displaying to these cartoons, printing them on a t-shirt makes the wearer a target.
I have nothing but the highest esteem for someone who would print up such clothing items. Islam is worthy of ridicule and scorn.
But printing them up and wearing them are two different things entirely.
Example: I voted for George W. Bush in 2004. But since I do not want my car defaced I do not place Bush/Cheney stickers on it.
Such a sticker would not change anyone's convictions but would evoke their scorn.
Just as would these t-shirts which are meant to do one thing only. Intentionally p!$$ somebody off.
I like it.
So then you are saying the intimidation works. That's what we have to change. You force someone to think if you challenge their unquestioned beliefs.
Next item up.....toilet paper.....!!
We are sorry, but the system has been confused: Invalid database occured in catprod.pl at Tue Feb 14 20:34:22 2006
But...but...I wanted to wear one around the town where I live.
