In the same way that you assume that TK was drunk (hey driving a car off a bridge and then going into hiding does look a bit suspicious), why can't you even entertain the thought that MAYBE, shooting someone with a load of bird pellets and then going into hiding...looks a bit suspicious.

HH sounded like such a dork trying to attack Lawrench O'Donnell; "I want to know where you bought the shirt that you wore on the occasions of your conversations with those supposed 'lawyers' who said that, yea, it does look a bit suspicious, the fact that he hid from law inforcement until a breatholiser would be worthless' and until you give me the receipt for that shirt I'm just going to poo poo your thoughts"
HH should just close up shop if he's going to be so pathetic.
