Hayden has no scholarly publications, nor does he have any training beyond a B.A. that would qualify him to teach.
7. Joseph Massad
Calls for the destruction of the Jewish State. Believes the Jewish state is a racist state that does not have the right to exist, and the Jews are not a nation. Massad teaches modern arab politics and intellectual history and an introductory course on Israeli politics at Columbia University.
6. Jose Angel Gutierrez
A former judge for Zavala County, Texas. Established the militant La Raza Unida (the Unified Race), an association dedicated to the belief that the Southwest does not rightfully belong to the U.S. Once said, We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him. Gutierrez teaches political science at the University of Texas, Arlington.
5. Armando Navarro
Advocates the overthrow of the U.S. government by Latinos, and Mexicos reclaiming the Southwestern U.S. In 2002, sworn in as a member of the State Central Committee for the Party of Democratic Revolution, a Socialist party in Mexico. 1. Bernardine Dohrn
A leader of the Weather Underground. Spent most of the 1970s on the run from the FBI. Once said of the Manson murders of actress Sharon Tate and others: Dig it! First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them. They even shoved a fork into the victims stomach! Wild! The stomach was that of pregnant Sharon Tate. Dohrn teaches law at Northwestern University.
The Dirty Thirty
Too bad they can't all be fired and made to get real jobs. Wonder how they fell about their entires lives being a lie.....
Just more proof that liberals suffer from many mental disorders.
All I can say is "Goodbye Mr. Chips".
I'm underwhelmed by Horowitz's list.
The real rot in academe is the denial of objective truth. Where it Stanley Fish? Where are all the deconstructionists?
Mere leftist activism is less corosive of both freedom and the academic enterprise than the belief or assertion that there is no truth and all that exists are power relationships.
Heh. One of my lecturers was (probably still is) best mates with John Pilger.
To call them dangerous is to overestimate their importance. Call them the ten most ridiculous professors in America.
Most of the Profs..are wimps ..with lifelong Liberal
philosophy and their influence perpetuates the one thing
that hurts this country..more educated, ingnorant, liberal
wimps....they even abhor the Military on campus...Jake
I'd assumed that anti-American-phony-Indian Ward Churchill would make the list, but I see these professors are even worse.
I wonder who Horowitz would have on his list for numbers 11 through 20.
I find it interesting that not one of those teaches at a college in the South (not including Texas.) I went to an SEC college and believe me, this kind of garbage would not fly there. I am sure there are plenty of left-leaning professors at southern colleges, but NOTHING like this.
I was certain I would find his name on this list. I'm surprised that I didn't.
We should work on the abolition of tenure, for starters. Professors should be at-will employees just like anybody else.
Beats publishing crap to get more attention.
How do you propose to go about that. Most colleges are private enterprises.
Mike Medved has Robert Jensen of Texas on yesterday with David. It was a nutter vs reality. The public should read this book but my guess is, no reviews, no acceptance and MSM reviewers will smear David Hor.
Bell Hooks is scary. She's an angry woman who smiles alot. The angrier she gets the wider her smile. I'd hate to be in her class expressing 1 conservative thought. I'd get flunked for sure.
"The day may come when we can do something about them."
Yeah, when we can hang em high for treason.
