We are so lucky - it could have been Algore... You know, the one who was just on Saudi Arabian soil trashing the United States. Do you think he even gets it? When he trashes the US, he is trashing us, her citizens!

Thanks for the background info. It's very interesting. It's not that I hate it per se, it's just really different.

And it doesn't appear to photograph well.

"SHAME on you for what you have done to my dear friend, Dick Cheney!"

And I will bet the rent that...... that will happen.

As a life long gun owner who has witnessed several accidental discharges and one accidental shooting... Guns are dangerous and when you get a bunch of people firing guns (whether it's hunting or target shooting) accidents can happen.

The accidental shooting I witnessed was while a bunch of us were taking turns shooting clay pigeons. A friend of mine was up for his ten shots at the clay pigeons, and off to his far right was another friend of mine who was gathering spent brass, and as the clay pigeon was launched from his left, the clay pigeon flew directly pass him and to his far right, he followed the pigeon and got the pigeon but also peppered our friend pretty bad in his ass and the back of his thighs. It was a scene of ab solute panic. Fortunately his injuries were only flesh wounds, but the medical bills were over $7,000.00.

In short,..... Accidents happen even to the most careful

LOL, My DVD recorder has at least 200,000 miles on her :-)

My DVD burner is no rookie either :-) I would guess that I have burned well over 1,000 DVD's on it, heck I have 2 to 300 hundred here in the dungeon and I've sent copies out of almost all of them :-)

NightLine just did a segment on the 12 hours of Saddam tapes that John Loftus got his hands on... Quite interesting and ABC did a pretty good job of reporting on this one. The truth might be on it's way to sunshine very soon.

From the snippets I heard from the tapes, Saddam was clearly up to his neck in hiding his WMD operations from the inspectors and completely justifies his removal from power

Thanks for the great pictures of 'the dress.' I loved it then, and I love it now. It has that western look, like a school marm all dressed up ...

They can't stand a man who is so sure in himself. One who has been so successful in business and government. One who has absolute integrity, and one who doesn't give a rat's rear about them and who isn't running for anything.

All things opposite of their own slimy selves.

A guy I went to school with accidentally shot and killed his father on a hunting trip while we were in high school. They were getting ready to pack up and go home and as my classmate leaned his rifle against the back of the truck, it went off and killed the father. We were all so horrified. No one knew what to say or do around him. I don't know what it would be like. I ran into him years later and he seemed to have come to terms with it, as much as anyone can. However, it is one of those things where the mark never goes away.
