Limbaugh makes error about Brown's race

WASHINGTON - Brown is black in the eyes of Rush Limbaugh. When Iraq war veteran Paul Hackett was forced out of the Democratic primary in the U.S. Senate race in Ohio, the conservative commentator criticized The New York Times for not saying that the Democrats' preferred candidate is black.
Limbaugh later found out from e-mails to his nationally syndicated radio show that the candidate, Rep. Sherrod Brown, is, in fact, white.
"Uh, Sherrod Brown's a white guy? Then I'm confusing him with somebody. OK, I'm sorry," Limbaugh said this week.
Brown is a seven-term congressman and former Ohio secretary of state who is running against GOP Sen. Mike DeWine.
"Rush Limbaugh obviously knows as much about me as the Republicans know about balancing the budget," Brown told the Chronicle-Telegram of Elyria, Ohio, for an article published Friday.
Later in his show, Limbaugh said he kept getting e-mails. "We have corrected this, and I, you know, I'm not gonna apologize because I don't think it's an insult to be black," he said.
In 2003, Limbaugh was pushed off ESPN's NFL preview show after he said quarterback Donovan McNabb was overrated because the media wanted to see a black quarterback succeed.
Well Rush is only correct about 98.5 percent of the time.
Rush's attitude is probably, "Just as long as you spell my name correctly."

In the next few weeks I am almsot expecting the AP or NYT to have a front page headline about the whereabouts of the infamous Bat Boy.
(and again, now matter how ridiculous the MSM may be, tens of millions of people still believe every word they say.)
And he's usually wrong on items that are trivial.

Earlier in that same day a cable commentator referred to Sherrod Brown as 'she'.

meanwhile AP ignored another announcer's explanation for why he was bored by the Winter Olympics...

No, he'll point out that AP is effectively admitting that Rush Limbaugh is generally extremely accurate, and so, when he makes a mistake, it's a page one story.
Why did it take so long for Rush to admit his mistake?
There needs to be an investigation into this matter!
Why did it take so long for Rush to contact the media, and let them know about this travesty?
We demand answers to these questions! NOW!
This is just one more example of a corrupt Republican party.

Isn't it even more newsworthy that the RAT candidate for US Senate in Ohio is so unnoteworthy that Rush Limbaugh doesn't know whether the person is black or white?

Meanwhile AP never pointed out how wrong the Nation was when they claimed that George W. Bush had a scandelous business deal with Ken Lay because Bush's Astros played at Enron Field. The article was corrected to say that Bush's Rangers played at Enron Field. Then they scrapped the false lead articles altogether (the truth was that Bush sold the Texas/Arlington Rangers before the Houston Astros even had Enron Field).
Then again AP was the other prominent media outlet that published news about the faked National Guard memos. In a week's time, they did not reference the questionable nature of the documents.

Unfortunately for me Herrod Brown is the congressman where I live. I can't say he's 'my congressman' because he's a turd.
He has done absolutely nothing for the people in this area and now he's going to run for Senate.
I can only hope that there are enough Ohioans left with a few brain cells who will defeat this democrat leech.
