I'll condemn anything that subverts America to foreign ownership...that said, we've been sold The New Economy and in the global business climate it's no holds barred! Hey it took, 3,000 dead to understand Bin Laden. One day we'll wake up.

And how will this joint venture affect Palestinian access to our ports?

Didn't the EU/WTO trade agreement end our sovereignty?

Buildings don't bother me as much as ports though.

You make a good point, but big business deals are not exactly what results in terrorists acts, the lack of Intelligence is what made 9/11 possible, not multinational corporations.

I don't know enough about this deal to condemn it outright, but I don't think the we need to worry about companies that are publicly traded and their future depends upon their stability, not their ties to Terrorists organizations. I worry more about who is hedging their investments on Wall Street, than those looking for investors

>>>not multinational corporations

Wrong. The multinational corporations have been funding the NGOs.

That created access to our country in ways many have not realized.

The universities along have been being used as immigrational hubs and information access.

That Al Gore for that.

Too many people in power believe that money trumps everything else.
They want world government and the only way to get it is to destroy American sovereignty.
They think islam will help them get it.

Islam also wants world government, but on vastly different terms.IMHO

Funding NGO's and permitting access are two different things. IMHO we can thank groups like the ACLU who think our Constitution applies to every schmuck on the planet. Tolerance and Political Correctness is where the blame lies IMHO

I think that is a red herring.

A large number of the Islamic Leaders signed onto the Earth Charter.

I think they flame their citizens for their own benefits also.

>>>Funding NGO's and permitting access are two different things.

How is that two different things when the NGOs have CFRs to sign that give the GRANTOR ownership and FOIA release?

NGOs aren't donations. They are grants made available by the Multinational Companies.

>>>IMHO we can thank groups like the ACLU who think our Constitution applies to every schmuck on the planet. Tolerance and Political Correctness is where the blame lies IMHO

ACLU is NGO funded.

My point was that this is where we need to make the changes, not that the NGO's were harmless. Sorry for not being clear about that.

I'm probably in over my head, but I think our SOP's are in dire need of major changes when it comes to dealing with security measures

Agreed to what?...

In over my head, or our SOP's need tightening up?

On second thought.... Don't answer that :-)

Good Night Calpernia, Thanks for all the great threads you ping me to

Mike

SOP's needing tightening.

The NGO access to us is much worse then the port access.

Have a good night MJY
