Man, this guy has no shame! Making stuff up(Cheny thought the guy was dead!) everyone knows is not the facts of the incident! Goes to show that Cheney made the right decision of not going to the old media until after they knew the facts about the guy's condition and his family was notified. I can see it now on CNN had they not withheld the story: "Cheney murdered a lawyer today!"

The democrats really haven't been the ones blowing this out of all proportion.

Then you didn't see Pelosi's daily press conference last Monday. She crammed every talking point the Democrats ever used in the last five years into a 30 second soundbyte. It was like watching someone cram 10 pounds of sh!t into a five pound bag.

Despite their continued whining; the MSM is not one of the branches of government. The only reason to cooperate with the press to insure balanced coverage of events. Since the current press is a partisan mouth piece for the opposition, there is no up side to cooperating with them. This could become an object lesson for the MSM if they could only grasp the concept of reporting about the news.
