I have found the highways/interstates in Ohio are cluster effed. Down South people drive better.
Texas interstates are rough and Tennessee's I-40 should be six lane thru the state
The writer assumes everyone travels on interstate highways. Apparantly they travel interstate only and never travel secondary highways or US highways like US 50. If I-44 in Missouri is the worst in the state, the rest of the roads are cow paths, and that is a close description.
I-44 is a breeze compared to most other highways.
How about the ramps of exit 1 of I-95 in Delaware? And also Delaware Rt. 1 between DE 273 and US 13.

Forgive me if I already pinged you on this.
The states with the best roads are: 1. Texas 2. Florida 3. Tennessee 4. Georgia and Ohio (tie) 5. Nevada and Virginia (tie)
And yet, I am constantly stuck in traffic on those "best roads" heading south from DC, and have smooth sailing on the PA Turnpike to Pittsburgh.
This confirms my personal opinion that Penn has some of the worst and Ohio some of the best.
