Yeah..Jump Katie, Jump! :-)
To: LdSentinal
According to the magazine, Katie has already begun talking to several close and trusted colleagues "hypothetical, what-if" conversations, it called the talks about coming with her if she jumps. She's already jumped the shark.

Two news leaks over the weekend indicate that Katie is ready to leave the show to take over the anchor desk at "CBS Evening News." Bwah hah hah hah.
She stays, NBC pays through the nose and loses. She goes, CBS pays through the nose and loses.
Works for me.

Don't you think the deck chairs will look nice with this new arrangement?
To: Mr. K
She reminds of a person who would be good reading children to kids and that is all.

Can you imagine 45 year reporter Scheiffer being replaced by an aging barbie doll?
God he must be pi**ed off. What an insult to him.

Perky would be the perfect anchor for CBS News.
It's a perfect fit.

I don't get it. Colic Couric likes to give her hound-dog face look on the Today Show to show her hatred of Bush and all things that are not anti-American.
It will be harder for her to do this on prime time news. I know Dan RATher used the show to twist things his perverted way, and Colic Couric will do the same, but still, she is more open to use her pukish facial expressions on the Today Show.

My prediction:
Katie will leave the Today Show, and CBS will suffer from a case of the Chung Syndrome (translation: lots of hype will be made of her anchor status, and people will not tune in to CBS because she sucks).

maggie.that pic is a hot..
Mark..we need to start designing a new name and logo for the show..when Katie takes over.

My mom is a liberal and a feminist (not sure when that happened; she was normal enough when I was growing up). Almost always roots for the woman. She told me last night that she couldn't stand Katie Couric. I just laughed. She's the epitome of Katie's audience.
