Does this company have any ties to Birds Eye foods?
To: TexasTransplant
She should just eat it and move on.

Birds heads, high protein, low fat and crunchy!
(Them folks are just feeling a little dissed that they didn't win the regular lottery so they figure that a scum sucking low life POS bottom feeding lawyer will help them try to win this one)

Yeah, this sounds like something out of that "Strange Brew" scene where Doug & Bob McKenzie put a baby mouse inside a beer bottle and fed it for a couple of months until it got real big -- so they could bring it to the bottling plant and get tons of free beer in exchange for a promise not to sue.

Meridian is Eden's sole canning plant. Well, I sure hope it's fraud and not for real. I have consumed many of Eden's canned goods over the years. I have not noticed any bird heads or even feathers! It is so much trouble cooking beans for hours in a crock pot when you can just get them from a can and heat them. I hope we find out if this is true or a fraud -- this is kind of gross.

Is she suing? I suspect an attempted fraud.Oh, how can you be so suspicious? Although it does kinda remind me of the Wendy's chilli con finger episode last year.
