Here's Hillary Clinton going bananas over school vouchers, via FNC's Hannity and Colmes:

Hillary screeches that providing inner-city and poor students with more choice in education will lead to a a "school of the Church of the White Supremacist " and a "School of the Jihad."

CLINTON: Suppose that you were meeting today to decide who got the vouchers. First parent comes and says 'I want to send my daughter to St. Peter's Roman Catholic School' and you say 'Great, wonderful school, here's your voucher. Next parent who comes says, 'I want to send, you know, my child to the Jewish Day School. Great here's your voucher! Next parent who comes says, "I want to send my child to the private school that I've already dreamed of sending my child to.' Fine. Here's your voucher.
Next parent who comes says, 'I want to send my child to the school of the Church of the White Supremacist.' You say, 'Wait a minute. You can't send...we're not giving a voucher for that.' And the parent says, 'Well, the way that I read Genesis, Cain was marked, therefore I believe in white supremacy. And therefore, you gave it to a Catholic parent, you gave it to a Jewish parent, gave it to a secular private parent. Under the Constitution, you can't discriminate against me.'
Suppose the next parent comes and says 'I want to send my child to the School of...the Jihad.' Wait a minute! We're not going to send a child with taxpayers dollars to the School of Jihad. 'Well, you gave it to the Catholics, gave it to the Jews, gave it to the private secular people. You're gonna tell me I can't? I'm a taxpayer. Under the Constitution.'
Now, tell me how we're going to make those choices.
Actually, Hillary, Islamist influence is creeping into the taxpayer-funded public school system just fine without those evil vouchers.

I wonder why the Republicans have not capitalized on the issue of school vouchers, which are very popular with non-Jesse Jackson-following blacks in America. This could be just the opening needed to bring the issue to the front burner. Let’s see Hillary engage in a debate over vouchers using this kind of rhetoric. Works for me.
Did someone slip some bourbon in her coffee before she went on stage or something? There are already voucher programs in parts of the US. Show me any of them where they dole out funds to Osama Bin Laden Elementary or the Robert "Sheets" Byrd White Power Middle School. It's not happening now, nor will it happen.
Also, may I add that Hillary Clinton sent Chelsea to an exclusive private school. So, what's her real beef with allowing ordinary parents, who aren't as rich as the Clintons, to get the same kind of education for their children?

From what I have seen it is blacks in inner cities who are wanting vouchers for their kids to get them out of the sorry public schools in cities such as Washington DC.

So now we have it from the horses mouth -- The purpose of government school is not to teach reading, writing, and arithmetic. It's to bend young minds into the government mold, and the parents don't get to choose.
Her voice is shot from screaming too much...like she'd gargled with razor blades...
Waco had whites blacks, Australians, Brits and Americans, but the Clinton Admin saw "white supremacists" behind every tree.
White supremacists probably number in the low thousands in this country. impoverished kids who can't attend public schools without fear probably numbers in the millions.
But her point is a good one. But of course, she is approaching it from the wrong direction.
If the government hands money to a parent, they are going to demand to exercise control. This is inevitable. The government never gives out money without demanding control.
Many of us have children in private schools because we want to avoid the idiocies of the public school system. The control that comes along with vouchers would extend those idiocies to every private school as well. That is why I do not support vouchers.
When you watch the video, her voice and demeanor overcomes this perception somewhat. But the stills are downright creepy!
Perhaps we stop funding education via government and have parents pay for educating their children? Taxes go down, parents pay for the education they want with the money they save as taxes are reduced, people who don't have kids don't pay for others children and the Feds in particular, get out of a business which they were never chartered to do in the first place.
She knows you can't try to pull vouchers away where it's already been implemented without paying a very heavy political price.
The middle class will pay pay pay for vouchers, which will all go to the inner city.
I think this is the greatest thing for the republicans to put in a commercial hillary has just proved true what we have been saying for years ,she admits out of her own mouth that liberals like her have no standards or scruples at all.She equates Christians and Jews with white supremacists and Jihaadists .You should just tell them no you dont get a voucher ,we dont deal in hate we have VALUES! I agree, the MSM has been shielding her for too long. Once she gets out in front of the public, in a real debate, I think it will be a different ballgame.
Hillary's upset because the "School of Jihad" or the "school of White Supremacy" might compete with the NEA's "pubic schools of communism."
Nice thought, but they'll shield her then, too. They already did when she debated Lazio. The issues in the debate were not mentioned by them, only that he "invaded her space" or something by walking to her side of the room and pointing his finger when making his point.
So basically, Hillary is arguing for her need to discriminate while expressing her disdain for equal protection under Amendment XIV of the Constitution. Democrats never change.

Whether the "Church of the White Supremacist" or "School of...the Jihad" this is a decision that HRC or no politician has any business interfering in. Her subsequent remark, "Under the Constitution, you can't discriminate against me." is precisely why.
"Wait a minute! We're not going to send a child with taxpayers dollars to the School of Jihad", is another precise reason. First of all if Citizen Doe wishes to their children to attend any type of school it is Citizen Doe's money, not the "taxpayers" who would be paying the expense.
All vouchers are is a way of allowing parents to spend their money on their children's education as they see fit.
Of course it would be more constitutional if that money were to never leave the parent's hands in the first place and have to rely on the benevolence of the federal gov't in granting parents the option of raising their children in a manner they choose.
That said, I have the utmost confidence that our nation's founders, in separating the three branches of national gov't, have in their wisdom created a safeguard against any malfeasance a President Hillary Clinton might wish to perpetrate onto this country. Let's not forget that she was an active player in the eight years her husband occupied the White House.
Her fabled attempt to nationalize the health care system was pronounced dead-on-arrival.
I point this out as I see many folks in a state of panic over the fact that she'll most likely be the Democrat nominee in '08, and that we have to ensure her defeat even if it means selling our political souls and throwing our collective support to a liberal-Republican candidate.
I hope that most Americans on the Right see the folly of this and not abandon the legacy that Ronald Reagan bequeathed to us all.

Hillary is wooo wrong on the issues she'll lose alot of support. Add to that her inner and outer "anger" and she'll scare awy even more voters. I hope she's the Dem candidate because she'll lose.

To be fair, there was a two hundred dollar tax dispute. It's not like they were all gassed and burned alive for nothing.
