Strippers Fight To Keep Sin In Sin City

CARSON CITY, Nev. -- Some Vegas strippers are going to court to keep the sin in Sin City.

The Nevada Supreme Court is hearing a challenge to a city ordinance that bans certain types of touching by exotic dancers. The law makes it a misdemeanor for a stripper to fondle or caress a patron or for the patron to do the same to the dancer.

More than a dozen strippers are challenging the Las Vegas ordinance. Their lawyer contends a stripper could be arrested for merely shaking a customer's hand.

But a lawyer for the city tells the state high court the terms fondle and caress are clear and the law is constitutional.

So much sin going on everywhere else, no one has the time to go to "Sin City."

Well, when a stripper goes around touching Joe Public and Joe Public touching them, you have to figure a good percentage will involve dangerous or mentally ill people.

I'm sure violence is what brought about the law.

You know, I think it may be time to rethink that whole 19th Amendment thingy.

More Senseless Rules.

The citizens of Carson City say otherwise. They have more standing than you.

You have Detroit.

Hey..Detroit has a reputation to protect too. Example--Our troops had 4 more fatalities in Iraq/Afghanistan than Detroit's homicide total for Janurary 2006.

Does this mean Dick Morris couldn't shake their feet?

Does that make Slick Bill Clinton a criminal (again)? Or did Monica have to be charging him when he was fondling her?
