Well that's obviously not true. The BJP isnt socialist. As far as I know the only major socialist province in India is W.B.

BTW, Kerala (in South India) also has a strong socialist presence. West Bengal and Kerala, despite their socialist garbage, are increasingly learning from other provinces that the only way to success is capitalism and free market economics.
