I live in NE Philly. This past summer I read an article in a rather conservative oriented local paper. It said that 7000 Russian muslims where going to be relocated into Philly in the near future. It did not say however they where going to be given a total free ride, e.g. life on welfare benifits and other perks. But that was assumed. Quite frankly I forgot the story until tonight.
