Investors from the United Arab Emirates helped fund the $23 million Neil Bush raised for Ignite!, the learning systems company that holds lucrative No Child Left Behind Act contracts in Florida and Texas. The "Cow" is an Ignite! portable computer designed to work in a classroom, providing interactive instruction aimed at improving students' scores on standardized tests. If you loved Billy Carter and "Billy Beer," you're certain to love Neil Bush and the "Ignite! Cow."
Neil Bush's frequent travels to Dubai are documented by Datamax, a Dubai-based information technology company that has featured Neil Bush as a speaker. The Datamax website features several prominent photographs of Neil Bush addressing a Dubai conference, identifying Neil Bush as "the brother of U.S. President George Bush."
Dubai's Datamax appears to be bipartisan, as the company's website also shows Dubai appearances of various Democratic Party luminaries including Al Gore (with and without a beard), Sandy Beger the National Security Adviser under President Clinton who achieved fame by stuffing classified documents in his socks and Howard Dean, the current Democratic National Committee chairman. The site also shows photographs of Tipper Gore and John Sununu receiving "Token of Appreciation" awards in Dubai from Datamax. Anti-Bush Internet websites have been touting the Neil Bush connection with Dubai for months, although the story has been largely shut out of the mainstream media.

Uh oh.
excerpt...
"Reports also document Neil Bush traveling around the ex-Soviet Union to raise money for Ignite! with the notorious Boris Berezovsky, a Russian wheeler-dealer who has sought asylum in London to avoid Russian authorities who want to prosecute him for fraud. Bush has also turned up in the Philippines and Taiwan at the side of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, the head of the controversial Unification Church. State Department and White House spokespersons often disavow any comment when pressed to respond to reports of Neil Bush's business activities. In a separate business venture involving semiconductors, Neil Bush took investment money from Jiang Mianheng, the son of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin."
Good. They fund Bill Clinton as well. . .
Saying that "Dubai" invested in something is like saying that "Hong Kong invested in...", or "London invested in..." or "Singapore invested in..."
This means nothing. Dubai has a place called "Learning Village" which concentrates on all kinds of learning, education, etc.
Dubai is not some center of evil - although it is in the Middle East.
The MSM is scraping the bottom if they have to dredge up Neil Bush.
The Administration yes men will be here shortly. They stopped for coffee.
Has the Left started calling it Dubyai yet?
The MSM is scraping the bottom if they have to dredge up Neil Bush
NO WAY!! MSM scaping???? ;)
I suggest you trademark that right now. Then extract fees from the MSM dopes who copy it from here.
Ah, the World Nuts Daily has spoken, I see. This Neil Bush news is old stuff. Does anyone really care what Neil Bush does?
No one worries about International Reports; National Weekly;Insight Magazine; The World & I; GolfStyles; World Peace Herald; Times Color Graphics; Arbor Ballroom. . . nor their Asian counterparts. . .
THE COCAINE CARTELS FUNDED BILL CLINTON'S BROTHER!
LLS
I'm sure that 'Dubai' has 'funded' quite a few companies. It is the financial center of the Middle East, isn't it? Folks who need financing go where the money is.
Plenty on the extreme right are going to start calling it the same thing.
I don't consider myself a "Bush-bot" or a yes man. I am in favor of the Port deal, and I am against teaching intelligent design. But I will not lend any support to Clinton or Schumer in attacking Bush.
If the Bush administration was caught kicking puppies the bots would just say, "No puppies were kicked".
Upon receiving visual confirmation that puppies were kicked, "We didn't know that puppies were kicked and we will get to the bottom of this."
Upon receiving visual confirmation that Bush was kicking puppies ........
........... "Trust us, the puppies needed kicking."
Good old Neil "The Deal" Bush strikes again. Why couldn't the President's disgraced brother have been a happy druggie like Bill Clinton's brother Roger. You'd think they'd have locked Neil in a closet after his Silverado caper...or better yet, some prosecutor should have had the guts to send him to jail, as any commoner would have been
When the "money" is tracked in this deal many will be amazed. Lot's of CYA going on...
LOL.
Weekly World News? Here ya go http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/features/politics/61718
Bill Clinton, a celibate priest. Who'd a thunk it?
And Dubai contributes to his Home for Wayward Girls.
No, not yet. They need to get their marching orders from Rush first, then they will be here in full force, telling us not to ask questions, everything is just fine, and if you have a problem, then you are a racist bigot knee jerk Bush hater liberal commie.
Someone on FR used something like that, let me see if I can find it...
Dubai also funded the Taliban. Wait ... what? We asked them to fund the Taliban?

"........... "Trust us, the puppies needed kicking."
LOL!
Yo forgot "Better a few puppies get kicked than to have a democrat elected".
What's the old saying? The apple does not fall far from the tree? Well, in Neil's case that may be an exception to the "rule".
I remember years back running in to Neil Bush at a convention. He had whored himself out to some company and as best I could tell was being paid for walking around and being the presidents son. I had had some experience with the S&L problems so I walked up to him and said "What's the deal with you and Silverado?". The Secret Service literally picked me up and moved me about 15 feet:)
Neil is a little rich kid who appears to be soing the same thing he did when I "met" him. For a chuckle see herefor some of his videos are some of his videos for kids. $23 million is a lot of money for this kind of stuff.
It must be nice to get paid big bucks just for being some guys kid. Sometmes it can even get you involved in sweet deals for sports stadiums but that might not be something I need to bring up around here....
The world has lots of money for tacky family members of those in power.
Nothing like a little Monday morning innuendo.
This is ridiculous. All these morons lining up with their political clubs based entirely on public ignorance is making me support the decision to allow the company to go ahead with the contracts. That and the fact that the Unions are front and center in the protests.
I'm inclined to believe this whole schtick is far more about Unions flexing political muscle than about port security, which the US would continue controlling anyway.
>>>>Dubai is not some center of evil - although it is in the Middle East.
Dubai is money laundering central.
Dubai has a market in child slavery.
Dubai is one of the last articles Danny Pearl was investigating before he was killed.
Yup, thanks for my first hardy laugh of the morning.
You forgot "right wing extremist" ;)
Well hey, it's all cool don't ya know as long as we re-elet Republicans. Never mind if those Republicans are not conservative and never mind if they refuse to acknowledge the Islamic Facist agenda and God forbid the USA might have to fight a war on the economic lines as well as in country.
Quite frankly, I don't know why I had put so much faith in this administration. It's all just more of the same old same old. It doesn't really matter anymore to my way of thinking who the heck is running the show. Demonrats or Repub's. They've all got their hands in the cookie jar and all their flag waving and grandstanding is bunk.
Yes, it is.
Psssst, the Bush supporters are the vast majority on FR. If you are not one of them, then you belong to the tiny, bitter, and always wrong minority of freepers.
You made some excellent points. Also, is it bad that the UAE is helping American students to learn...am I missing the point on this too? The UAE is working on many hi tech projects that are going to benefit the USA

The Muslims do put an Islamic spin on learning, even in Dubai. For example, they try to give credit for inventing vaccination to Avicenna (Ibn Sina), an Arab instead of to the true inventor, Louis Pasteur.
They even go so far as to say that the word "vaccination" is derived from Avicenna's name, when in fact it comes from the Latin word for cow (vacca) - as the first vaccination was against smallpox by infecting people with an attenuated weak version of the cowpox virus.
All this talk about cows and vaccas makes me think of one thing... and it's not even Friday!
It could be the tax haven for the rich and famous of Nato.
And Ill bet not of arab nationality.
Its beginning to look like the cayman Islands retreat of the middle east.
Ops4 God Bless America!
ping
you nailed it
Boing!
Bad puppies! Bad! Boot!
