I mean I could explain to him that tech hiring is up 17% in the US and that those jobs are much better paying than the ones sent to India, but that would involve him having reason and intelligence.

I'm tired of calling help desk only to get Mr. Apu's wife who has to repeat things 20 times in the support call so that I can make out what the heck she's trying to say... and then without fail she remembers to invite me to come to India.... I agree!!
I got 4 telemarketing calls from Dish TV yesterday in 30 minutes.
These people don't understand the word, NO!
And they use English names but you can't understand them......
very bad marketing.
