Bovine/ovine stupidity. Abolish tenure. Make state universities pay their own way. End tax subsidies for lazy, Bolshevik and terrorist professors.

The other morning I heard something that scared me. A bunch of medical schools were bragging about how they were increasing thier minority enrollment by going out recruiting. No mention of trying to get the best, just the minorities.

That's just brilliant. So in 20 years when all of the best doctors are white, they are going to complain when people don't want to go to minority doctors.
Idiots.

Un-freaking believable! Any son or daughter of mine who would willinglystudy such idiocy would not get a cup of coffee out of me, much less tuition-I would not care if they had to wait tables and wash dishes until they're 85 years old to pay for it!/rant off

Political Correctness is the ultimate "Simon Says" game.
When Simon would conduct his games on Arthur Godfrey, Steve Allen and other early TV variety shows he would validate his strength by giving his last "Simon Says" command. He would direct everyone to "Jump into the air!" When everyone landed he would announce that they were "outta the game" because he didn't order them to come down!
We see Islamic riots regarding cartoons but there is no angst when I am brow beaten for saying midget instead of "little people" or "height challenged individuals"
Gimme a break! I have "Freedom of Speech" guarenteed by our constitution and intend to exercise it. You dumbells!

Groucho, Gummo, Minnie, Zeppo, Frenchy, Chico and Harpo.
Yeah I'd give them a second chance!
Karl, and all those nitwits who follow him, can stick it where the sun don't shine. No one is more STUPID than a Marxist.

"It [marxism][ha]s brought poverty and despair to every government that's ever tried it..."
Dead wrong. Poverty and despair it brought to the peoples. The governments did pretty damn well.

Amherst College offers the course "Taking Marx Seriously: Should Marx be given another chance?" To that I say, "No." Marxism really shouldn't be given another chance. LOL!
Sure, the schools and professors are idiots. But who are the bigger idiots paying for this sh--?

"That's just brilliant. So in 20 years when all of the best doctors are white, they are going to complain when people don't want to go to minority doctors." In 20 years our health care will be socialized and you'll be told which doctor to go to.

Yeah. How about Astronomy? Yup.
Today's college freshman is more apt to think Astronomy is a course in the Gay Studies program.

Too many Conservatives wrongly assert that socialism/communism have never succeeded. This is incorrect. Many Christian, Jewish, and other cenobitic communities have embraced values that seek from each according to their abilities and allocate to its members based on their needs, and indeed some have been in existence far longer than any nation state currently in existence. They thrive because their members have taken a vow of poverty, and those that cannot comply with that are banished or leave of their own accord. These communities have essentially been social laboratories researching the best system to guarantee poverty for those who espouse it as a way of life. They are essentially mini-theocracies with a self-contained command economy.
So the next time you confront a leftist who wants to give communism another go, it's best not to argue, "Communism/Socialism have never succeeded," but rather, "Communism/Socialism have never succeeded in a society where not every person was willing to take a vow of poverty."

Any examples of those communities? Are you talking about the "communes" of the 60s?
