Saguenay, Que. A fifteen-year-old girl with a severe peanut allergy did not die from kissing her boyfriend after he had eaten peanut butter, Saguenay coroner Michel Miron says.
The story made headlines round the world, and Mr. Miron said he wants people to know that a peanut-butter sandwich did not cause the death of Christina Desforges last November.
Mr. Miron would not reveal the cause of death, because he has not submitted his final report to the provincial coroner's office and is also waiting on some final test results.
He said, however, that he wanted to speak out before the case was cited by the Canadian Association of Food Allergies.

The Canadian Association of Food Allergies intended to use the Desforges case to launch an education campaign, he said.In other words, a political group hellbent on controlling what food we eat and how many times we can go to the bathroom.

I guess this dispels the myths about second hand peanut butter.

This sounded so unlikely. I guess it was.

Interesting twist indeed.
Now can we get back to the bird flu pandemic. I want Southern fried chicken tonight and I need to know if I kiss the boid before, or after, I twist off his head.

I guess this dispels the myths about second hand peanut butter. Not necessarily. There probably ARE people that allergic. But not many, thankfully.
