Hell is too far away.
My husband said that he doesn't have anything important to do tomorrow besides spending a few torturous hours with this s.o.b.
He'll virtually walk. The child has no rights.
You know this poor child is probably ruined inside. I remember reading about a poor little 3 month old being raped down in South Africa and they had to perform a hysterectomy on her. I can't imagine this, its too much
We've been through two decades of child abuse witch-hunts. Isn't it very possible that this ISN'T TRUE?????
Many, many, years ago, I was working as a carpenter, helping build a school. My daughter was just a little thing then, during lunch break, other workers were planning a Friday night drinking expedition, asked me to come along, and I told them that my wife had plans, and that I would be home with my kid. Right off the bat, one of them asked, "what are you going to do if you have to change a diaper"? I told them I could handle that just fine, no big deal!
I will never forget what one guy said, "it is wrong for a man to take care of a girl child that way"!

People who think that way just deserve a bullet behind their nearest ear! If they think that way, they are likely to act that way.
The only damned reason that some people live is because it is illegal to shoot them!
I guess it depends on the details of the examination mentioned in the article. It certainly sounds damning.
But I do understand your point. A friend of mine is going through a nasty divorce, and his wife pulled that "he's abusing the children" thing with Family Services as a ploy to get sole custody. I know this guy loves his kids more than anything in the world, and his wife is mentally unstable and known to be so, but the charge is in the system now and he is mired in a bureaucratic hell right now and it may end up in a vicious legal fight with very serious stakes.
I tell you, between the genuine monsters in the world (as this guy in the article may be) and the consciousless people who will gladly destroy the lives of good people if it gives them some advantage or sick revenge thrill, I'm not sure sometimes what humanity has going for it.
I was stunned by how many times that is used in family courts. Divorce is horrible, than for adults to pull that crap to try and keep children away from their other parent is just horrible.
Where is the father?
Where is the mother?
I was aware of a case like this two decades before the witch hunts began. It happens. (So do witch hunts, but this doesn't sound like one to me.)
That bastard does not deserve to live another MINUTE.
