So because Wikipedia backed up my assertation (I know that's a big word for somebody from Jersey) I'm wrong? Get a life.

No, you're wrong because the ORIGINAL SOURCES DO NOT BACK UP YOUR ASSERTION.

So because Wikipedia backed up my assertation Your assertation? Must be a big word for someone from Oklahoma, too. But no, you're wrong because you never bothered to actually read the thing.

Good movie, I try to catch it whenever it's on cable. Although Reeves' southern accent is a bit hard to swallow, he's good in the role, and Pachino is just fun to watch when he goes over the top! Wasn't the Reeves character supposed to be from Gainesville, FL? If so, he could have ditched the Southern accent since you can be born and raised in Gainesville nowadays without ever acquiring a Southern accent. It's like Orlando. Once upon a time you would have had such an accent if you were raised there but for the past 30+ years...Naw!

To see just how bad his accent is (or should I say, "hear how bad it is") check out Reeves' courtroom scene where he's defending the guy who killed some goats. It's really bad.
Funny... I just saw "Constantine," and I really liked it. I had no idea that Satan was a cajun! But then I like Tilde Swinton too.

(When Kaylee says "No power in the `verse can stop me," it's cute. When River says it, it's scary!)
