Kanye West's charge last year that "George Bush doesn't care about black people" got a lot of attention. Liberals loved it and used Mr. West's words to slam the president for his failure to respond effectively to the flooding that killed and displaced hundreds of thousands of (mostly black) people in the Gulf Coast. If you read liberal opinion magazines and Web sites that touch on the full range of political and social issues, however, one can amend Mr. West's statement to read: "White liberals don't care about black opinionators."

Displaced rather more than killed fortunately. But our liberal friend casually equates the two. No doubt from the moment of Katrina's arrival he threw open his home to the homeless, donated the contents of his bank account to the relief shelters and used his own vehicle to deliver food and drink to the refugees. What a guy!
There are quite a few published black 'opinionators'. They just happen to be conservative. :=)
Liberals' ideas on poverty is: Keep 'em poor.
Once again. There are no hypocrites on the left. There can be no hypocrisy among those who believe that there is no Truth, that Reality is a mental construct and that words have no intrinsic meaning but are only tools to gain and keep power.
