Why bother? If you can't see it now, you don't wish to.

Was it the "Israeli element" as some have suggested? Maybe. Otherwise, why would some Congress members bombard the DP World executive, during last week's hearing, with questions about the Arab boycott of Israel? Did they want to force the UAE to end the pan-Arab boycott of Israel in order approve the deal?

Yeah thats right Abdul, its all the JOOOOOOOSSS fault!

ALL muslim countries can take their blood money and shove it up their terrorist lovin a***s as far as I'm concerned!

Because if all foreign investors believe they won't get fair treatment here, they'll put their money somewhere else where they think they will.

So business deals good or bad have now become race issues? Is buying a Ford considered by General Motors a racist act on the part of the customer? Business and making money is not love, peace and understanding.

Bill Clinton plays both sides of the field. Honestly, I believe Bill Clinton wasn't even for this deal.

Having said that, his support for this deal was a way of running interference over the fact he was paid to support this deal by the UAE.

I agree though, he should be investigated.

What is their UN record for voting? Are they less inclined to vote for USA interest or not? Do they not vote over 93% of the time AGAINST US interest??

Walkin man, whats the point of your post. Why are you downing him asking that question in the editoral. The Israeli factor was mentioned all the time. You would think you would give them credit for bringing that up. Quit being such a goofus.

President Bush was a businessman. I am continually amazed at the number of supposed conservatives that spit out the work "business" like it's a cuss word.

Xenophobia isn't a good description either. Americans aren't afraid of Danes or English running our ports.

Americans are afraid of atrocity loving muslim terrorists. Rightly so.

The UAE is a major financier and money launderer for muslim terrorism, but I don't readily see how they would have compromised port security. Regardless they merit close scrutiny.

That poll was based on 12 issues. Our European allies had a rating of voting against us about 85 percent of the time. The UN is worthless and never decide anything of importance. I really dont care. I bout ready to withdraw from it. The real point is the military, economic, political, and intelligence support they give us. That some freakin UN votes that doesnt even matter.

From the "article":

"Was it the 'Israeli element' as some have suggested? Maybe. Did they want to force the UAE to end the pan-Arab boycott of Israel in order approve the deal? These questions need to be investigated."

That's some real swell chums you've got there, bayou.

What's next? You gonna post us some excerpts from The Protocols of the Elders of Zion?

...(*snicker*)...

BTTT

I've been expecting this not so subtle asked for slap.
This is not the "shining city on the hill" envisioned by President Reagan, is it? Our children will pay the consequences of this dark chapter in our history.

Who played the Israeli card first?

If I remember correctly, it was Schumer, and it was amplified in a news story in the Jerusalem Post.
