Are these vehicles leased and based in Washington D.C or are they for they local district office locations? My guess is D.C. but don't know.

Each Congress Critter gets a budget amount from Congress to run his or her office. The lease car is paid for out of the office budget.

I would have to assume the rule is that the car has to be US made (otherwise they'd all be driving Ferraris).

I wonder how come his Yukon was $2,400 less I could dream up a deal where I pay more for a taxpayer-funded car and then pay less for another car out of my own funds. I say fire every single one of them.
