This David Kendall? It was fun confronting him in L.A. last November. He didn't want to hear that I knew he accepted service in the lawsuit and was provided documentation necessary to file a truthful FEC report. Nevertheless, he allowed his client to continue to defraud the FEC and the voters.

Salutations to all my fellow freepers in our Free Republic (at least it is free until Hillary recaptures the White House).

Independent journalists on the internet are carrying the message forward that not only did Hillary win her Senate seat with a cynical fraud denying the voters the truth about who Hillary's largest contributor was, but she keeps her seat by obstructing various federal investigations into her frauds. Now she has filed a fourth false FEC report (January 30, 2006) and not one media outlet has reported on it.

That report now attributes $225,000 of the $1.2 million I dontaed, to Stan Lee personally. The 82 year old creator of Spider Man has repeatedly testified under oath he donated nothing to Hillary's campaign, and never intended to. The $2000 he did write a check to her for was reimbursed by Aaron Tonbken from money I gave him to fund his activities.

That of course is no different than the Buddhist Temple scandal, but when it comes to Hillary the laws just dont apply.
