Look at this bloody stupid fake "dialogue" right at the beginning:

>> He would follow with another question: "Would you want a feeding tube?"

>> The answer: "Nope."

Good answer, good answer! You choose death. Death is our business. Have we got a deal for you! In about two weeks your tormented and abused organs will give out and kill you. Until then, you must endure unimaginable pain and agony. We will watch you being tortured, and we'll smile a catty smile, and we'll tell reporters you are beautiful.

Look at this garbage. No wonder "issues linger"! -- they are still claiming that Terri was brain dead (!) and on life support.

A quote: "During her speech, O’Connor singled out former House Republican Majority Leader Tom Delay, R-Texas, who attacked state and federal judges after they did not prevent Terri Schiavo, who was brain dead for many years, from being taken off life support."

Brain-dead editorialist in Charleston, West Virginia

I guess Sandra Day O'Conner is brain dead too these days. Hope she gets better.

I keep demanding a real investigation. A real investigation. If the GOP wants its base back, they better stop murdering innocents in exchange for fundraising dollars. And, there's the under the table monies that we aren't supposed to know about. In Tallahasee, there's no appreciable difference between the dems and the republicans except republicans lie about being pro-life. Dems don't have to.

Judges should be afraid because there is no statute of limitations on murder and someday, a hero will step forward and expose how trusts are set up to steal wards' property and funds and then the ward/victim is murdered, state sponsored of course via Medicaid.

Once they have been robbed of everything, they qualify for Medicaid and then they are murdered.

Auditor Melton was denied Greer's guardianship files. Greer refused to hand them over. Why? Because Greer is not only a killer on the bench but a robber too. He signs the orders to turn wards' assets over to these hokey trusts.

Rob them first and then kill them. I can't make this stuff up.

Lest we forget about: JUDGE W. DOUGLAS BAIRD who refused to give Gov. Jeb Bush a fair trial, any trial at all and BAIRD refused to let the Schindlers join the Michael Schiavo v. Jeb Bush lawsuit because "they had no interest in the case".

Judge Baird doesn't get as much notoriety as Greer or J. Whittemore (Fed Crt Tampa) but he also aided and abetted Terri's murder.

Judge W. Douglas Baird (euthanazi at the 49th St. N. Courthouse Complex by State Atty Bernie McCabe's Office (another GOP turncoat who refused to impanel a Grand Jury).

For a Twilight Zone vacation, there's no better place than Pinellas County, now known as "Death Central."

Judge Greer recvd a Ben Franklin Award the other day for killing Terri by the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club. During the Q & A, there was a question about why animals are treated more humanely than people i.e. The Humane Society and Greer stated: "Because animals can't talk."

This opens another door into the warped mind of George Greer.

Animals CAN talk. He's an animal cracking jokes about his job on his last comic standing tour. He has no respect for the office of judge. Somebody paid him REAL GOOD - real good to make sure Terri would die last year.

Excerpt from North Country Gazette...

“There have been numerous attacks on judicial independence over time”, Greer said. “The latest of these attacks on the branch is called Jail4Judges".

I didn't know that. Thanks for the tip Judge Greer.

Took a break to answer the door. The Jehovah Witnesses dropped by. They were thinking about Terri today too. I recited for them all the commandments that were broken before Terri died.

Terri will do well in the hereafter. Those who hurt her, they will face judgment day. (I'm hoping for an adjudication by the federal authorities first. Jail 4 Judges really bugs Greer. If he's done nothing wrong, why's he so apprehensive? rhetorical ?)

>> On March 18th, I still had respect and trust in the US Govt.

You are a late bloomer, but no less welcome to the realm of wisdom!

I lost my faith when we abandoned the sensible, limited powers of the Articles of Confederation (1787). I reckoned that an all-powerful central government, as authorized in the so-called "U.S." Constitution, was certain to bring us to grief, and it did, and we didn't have to wait long. Thomas Jefferson lost his faith when the Judiciary took over by declaring itself to be God (or a god, anyway) in Marbury vs. Madison, 1803. I know some people who think we lost it when Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected and took office (1933), but by that time the government had caused the greatest depression in history and on top of that, was spending $3,000,000,000 A YEAR, all of which, of course, goes straight down the rathole.

I don't even want to tell you how much is going down the rathole now. But that's what we get for ever trusting a politician.

Obviously I am not a Catholic and don't want a mud slinging contest on this thread, however I alert you to what the Bible states:

1Cor.5:3

[3] For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

2Cor.5:8

[8] We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

I have confidence in what the approved books of the Bible state than those that contradict it.

Let me guess that members of the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club are either 1) incredibly stupid and immoral, or 2), so young that they can't imagine being put to death the way Terri was. Give them time and a serious disability -- they'll learn.

Incidentally, Ben Franklin said, "Experience keeps a dear [expensive] school, but fools will learn in no other."

Let me translate. If these Tiger Bay idiots won't listen to their minds and hearts, or learn from the experience of others, or obey their conscience, they will learn the lesson of Terri's murder the hard way -- by living it themselves.

I noticed other stories out there saying 'brain damaged' now also. Do you think they are trying to get it right, or is the media simply rephrasing it now (when it gets the most attention on the anniversary) to get it in peoples minds that killing brain damaged people will be acceptable in the future?

If the media would honestly investigate what happened down there, I would rule out the rephrasing scenario, but not until then.

I wonder if the restaurant had anything to do with the original assault back in 1990. Maybe they helped HINO try to whack her.

Judge Greer violated judicial canon 2 because the ACLU was at the counsel table with Michael Schiavo's attorney George Felos. By accepting an award from the ACLU, Greer is in receipt of an honor from a special interest.
It would take the FBI to list and bifurcate all the laws that Judge Greer violated and continues to violate. The ACLU helped kill Terri in Greer's courtroom and then they honor him. AGAINST THE JUDICIAL CANONS but in Florida, nobody's in charge, not even Jebbie.

Is Agostino's on Feather Sound? Or was it a different restaurant? I've always thought that something was very weird about Michael's boss at the time being a lawyer, who incidentally advised him to get the Schindlers to hand over all decisions to Michael the day after she collapsed. It was something like that wasn't it? What was the name of his lawyer early on, Glenn Woodworth? I could have some of this confused. I don't have my files right in front of me, but this is how I'm remembering it at the moment. I'll have to do some reviewing.

Agostino's used to be one of the few businesses out there in Feather Sound at that time. It is all developed now but here used to be a convenience store, a Hardees, a lounge and Agostino's. That was pretty much it back in 1990.

Terri and HINO lived out that way too, on the approach to Tampa.

Doesn't seem likely to me. Think about aggressive young male hormones; think about a lazy ne'er-do-well who couldn't hold a job. I figure MS spent his evening shift getting madder and madder about Terri spending the $80 getting her hair done. He'd rationalize that that was his money -- why, it was her fault he had to work late! The rhymes-with-rich was defying him! He must have gone home in a cold rage. May have stopped for a few drinks first; the timing is uncertain.

Terri never screamed. I don't suppose she got a chance to.
