His credentials make him a person who would not just be hated but despised by the Democrats and the perfect target for a set-up. However, Michelle Malkin may have a valid point in that his twin brother is the actual perp.

I am not defending or damning the man. I would like to hear what the evidence is before I call him guilty.
My inclination is that if it actually him and not the twin, he is probably guilty.

Human beings by their very nature are fallable and that includes black conservative Republicans as well as white Democrats and people of all races,income levels and political affiliations.
